Elton gets mashed (up)
Universal Music label, Mercury, commissioned us to produce something a little bit out there - an Elton John mash-up. To coincide with the release of Rocket Man - The Definitive Hits - we created a mix for the label to use in viral marketing the album. Consisting of 14 classic tracks, a key difference from a more normal mash-up was that it was important that we retain the artistic integrity of Elton's original music. But do not fear - we did still manage to inject some noise fusion remix shenanigans.
